Commercial Embroidery License Agreement

This listing is for any design that will be manufactured or stitched by a third party on your company's behalf (a manufacturer) OR for the commercial use on over 50 + items from a business. You must have this commercial license fee purchased in addition to the design itself. Production of 1750 stitched items with this design is defined as limited commercial embroidery and is strictly prohibited without the purchase of this license. This license gives you the right to embroider this design on items for profit and sell them. Discount codes NEVER apply to commercial license listings. Once this fee is purchased for each design used commercially, companies are released to use Cotton Gin Digitizing intellectual property. While not necessary, it is always appreciated if you share the source for the design.
